No Two Beans About It. For amazing coffee, you have to start with the best beans. Only the highest quality green coffee enters our roasting facility. Our grade 1 Arabica beans, imported from the worlds best regions and finest farms, are meticulously inspected for quality and consistency. We offer a huge variety of single origin, signature blends, Fair trade, flavored, organics and decafs for every discriminating coffee drinker. | |

We specialize in traditional roasted coffees under the personal supervision of our two Roast masters. No two beans have the same characteristics; therefore, we roast individual batches of varietals and origin. Our roasting style is European, using cast iron gas-fired drum roasters that are strictly air-cooled, never water quenched. Additionally, we only roast for our standing orders, never stocking our shelves and running the risk of sending out stale beans. | |
The Perfect Blend to Match Your Taste. Saxbys Coffee chooses only the best green beans to use in our gourmet roasting process. The beans are delivered to our roasting facility and roasted only after an order has been received. This means that all of our customers are receiving the highest quality, freshest beans available. Has a pleasant tangy and soft taste with a sweet aftertaste. Kenya A.A. -
One of Africa's Finest. The AA is the highest grade there can be in
quality. Noted for it's rich and full bodied flavor with lots
of heartiness. Mexican Altura - Clean bodied full of life with a mellow start and clear finish. Early morning coffee. Tanzanian Peaberry - Superb coffee. Lots of flavor with a smooth chocolaty finish. Excellent. BLENDS Mocha Java - World's oldest and most well known blend. Blend of Ethiopian tanginess and fruity fragrance with some Java Estate's thick and strong power. Italiano - After dinner coffee. Combined Sumatra and Kenya A.A. makes this blend the best we have. Full of body, spice and taste. ESPRESSO DARK ROAST Italian - Just a shade lighter than our French roast. Enough to make it smooth and hearty. DECAFS Costa Rican - Full of acidity and sweetness. Clean and
rich in the cup. Saxbys House Decaf - Blend of Central Americans. This coffee is light and smooth. French Roast - Dark roasted to give it that smoky flavor, which leads you to believe it is not decaf. Espresso - Well blended with a sweet finish. Italiano - full of richness and flavor. |
